Note: All accommodation payments cover conference resources and are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose "No" for accommodation, a £10 fee for conference resources still applies. If sharing a hotel room with a spouse/partner, ensure they fill out a separate registration form, select "No accommodation needed", and pay their own £10.

Hotel availability is limited. If an option is missing, the rooms are fully booked.
